she need to eat smaller meals more often. She needs to chew food more thoroughly, and she needs to not lay down after eating. All of these things can prevent heartburn. - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
It’s quite normal. just all the acids and gases due to the pregnancy are a bit off. She’ll be fine. Ginger ale or sprite worked for me. - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
It means that she is luckier than most of us who get heartburn in their month 5… and may be earlier… other than that it means that in 1 month everything will be Fine and she will not even remember heartburn… - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
NO it is NOT true - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
It means that she is so full that she is getting heartburn when she eats. Tell her not to eat spicy or greasy foods. I don’t know about the hair thing, but I’m sure it isn’t related to heartburn.

I actually had some very severe heartburn a few months back. I tried everything, even most of the heartburn home remedies listed above. Cinnamon and water did not work. Baking soda didnt work. I even tried the can of beer, which made my heartburn even worse. I actually thought I was doomed and destined to never cure heartburn and live with it forever. My doctor had even told me that acid reflux is a lifetime condition and that there was no cure. I randomly came across and ad one day while trying to find some acid reflux home remedies online and came across this book, Heartburn No More. This book took the holistic approach and sounded very appealing. I had nothing to lose so I bought the book and followed the program to the tee. I was really blown away by the fact that in approx 20 days since I started applying the dietary and cleansing principals outlined in the book, my acid reflux was completely cured. The burning sensation, the chest pain, the bloating and the constant burping have completely disappeared. It really feels like magic. Im telling you, try Heartburn No More, you wont be disappointed.
try ditching the milk and dairy products for a few days ……… that may alleviate the nasty pain of acid reflux for you ……. lactose intolerance will produce acid reflux, achy bones, bloating and constipation, excessive belching, excessive gas, ribbony and stringy shaped stools, wet f*arting (sorry, no other way to put it) ……. in the meantime, put a teaspoon full of baking soda into a mug full of warm water, stir up and drink up …… be prepared to belch loudly and for the pain to increase a little for a few minutes but it will realkalise your system and quell the pain for you…….. baking soda does contain an awful lot of processed salt so it wouldn’t be appropriate if you have high blood pressure …. otherwise, only use it as a temporary measure and try to pinpoint what is causing the bad digestion …… bad digestion is the source of your acid reflux……. increase the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy by chowing down on more leafy and green vegies like broccolli, kale, chard, celery, buk choy ………. all rich in magnesium (known as the antistress mineral) and calcium so also great for brain frizz, stress and anxiety, constipation, insomnia, headaches and migraines, nasty mood swings, insomnia ………. ;0)
drink loads of fresh filtered water too buddy to ensure you are properly hydrated …. your lungs need water to breath, your joints need water to lubricate them, your digestive system needs water to digest food, your brain needs it to think…….. every single cellular function your body performs needs water ……. drink up and ditch the sodas, pop and soft drinks if you drink any cos they’ll all dehydrate you terribly and keep your body in an acid condition ……… promoting bad digestion.
peace baby
