Try milk it helps me to calm it:) but now everything gives it to me because i’m 36 weeks and 3 days lol so everything

    also drinking milk helps with hb
  • With me I found that acidy things like tomatoes and orange juice made it worse also chocolate. Sometimes I don’t think there was a particular trigger at all and it was just simply eating at all that upset it.
  • Everything gives me heartburn
    I can’t not eat something and it not give me heart burn lol
    So I just carry TUMS around with me everywhere I go.
