I started taking them at the start of the third trimester. They are good for you cuz of the calcium too. So don’t worry about taking them too much.

- It’s safe any time during your pregnancy.
I had to take them a few times early on. Now, I chow down on them every day at 26 weeks. I have non-stop heartburn. It is terrible! - they are safe during pregnancy I started taking them nearing the end of my 2nd trimester. sometimes eating a pickel helped the acidity of the vinegar would actually calm my stomach.
- I pretty much started right away- like 6 weeks or so maybe? I have had terrible heartburn the whole pregnancy (hoping the old wives tale is true that lots of heartburn means lots of hair…on his head though, prefer not to have a baby with the body hair of teen wolf if ya know what I mean). Tums is harmless from what my dr told me, and it helps a ton. We buy the big container of tums from the costco (the berry flavor don’t taste as chalky as the regulars). I’m pretty sure I eat more tums these days than anything else in my diet…I’m like a tums junkie.
- I started taking tums for my heartburn when I was in my third trimester. I lucked out to not get heartburn till that point, but they are safe throughout your pregnancy dear! =)

It’s quite normal. just all the acids and gases due to the pregnancy are a bit off. She’ll be fine. Ginger ale or sprite worked for me. - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
It means that she is luckier than most of us who get heartburn in their month 5… and may be earlier… other than that it means that in 1 month everything will be Fine and she will not even remember heartburn… - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
NO it is NOT true - My Wife Is Getting Heartburn During Her 8th Month Of Pregnancy. What Does This Mean?
It means that she is so full that she is getting heartburn when she eats. Tell her not to eat spicy or greasy foods. I don’t know about the hair thing, but I’m sure it isn’t related to heartburn.
