How Can I Get Severe Heartburn Really Quickly?
I need to get heartburn really quickly. Please don’t ask why but if you know a way to get bad heartburn quickly, then please post it.

My father gets heartburn from oranges and tomato paste…. also mexican food!!!! EAT LOTS!!!
And then see a therapist for hypochondria!
eat a lot of hot and spicy mexican food. That should do the trick. Although, i dont see why you’d want heartburn.

Eat a bag of York Peppermint Patties on an empty stomach. Follow with a box of GS Thin Mint cookies, if needed.
Instant heartburn!
overeat in one meal. put lots of fat and sweets in the meal
If you have a buddy that you can really trust , have him shoot you but just graze the heart and don’t make contact with the bullet .
